The rubber bushing, including the inner sleeve, the rubber layer, the coat, the inner sleeve and the rubber layer, is vulcanized together, and then the rubber body is pressed into the coat through the tooling. After the rubber bushing is pressed into the coat, there is still a lot of space between the hump shaped protuberances, which is beneficial to the flow deformation of the rubber and the rubber layer.

 There are two kinds of Rubber bushing as follow.

  Basic types: simple bushing, flange bushing, rolling bushing, hole bushing, Bush on the pivot, spherical bushing and other bushing.

  Simple bushing: internal and external bushing and rubber body vulcanization as a whole. Both inner and outer casing are assembled, and the rubber body is vulcanized separately. The inner casing is vulcanized with the rubber body, and the vulcanized part and the outer casing are assembled by the tooling.
